What a lash lift and tint is
A lash lift reshapes the lashes you already have. Each lash is laid over a small silicone shield chosen to suit your lash length, a softening solution makes the lash pliable, and a setting solution holds the new curl in place.
The lift begins at the root and the tint deepens the colour. The result depends on the length and condition of the natural lashes.
Nothing is glued on and no extension refills are required, although aftercare and future appointments may be recommended depending on your desired result.
What happens in the room at Atlas
You lie back with your eyes closed for the whole appointment. The lower lashes are protected first, then each upper lash is separated and laid onto the shield, which is the slow, precise part.
The solutions are applied and left to work, with the tint following. Between steps there is very little to do but rest, and most clients drift off. The room is not shared and nothing is being hurried along.
At the end, the natural lashes may appear darker, more lifted and more defined. Results vary between clients.
Who it suits
A lash lift suits straight or downward-growing lashes, lashes that a curler never quite convinces, and pale lash tips that vanish without colour.
It particularly suits people who do not want the upkeep of extensions: parents, shift workers, swimmers, anyone who would rather not think about their lashes at all between appointments.
If your lashes are very short or currently fragile, tell us and we will let you know honestly whether to wait.

What is a lash lift?+

It is a different treatment. Extensions add fibres to create length or volume and usually require refills. A lash lift works with the natural lashes.

Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?+
Whether you choose to wear mascara is personal. Any relevant aftercare will be explained during your appointment.
How long is the appointment?+
