Salon Policy
A few quiet boundaries that allow us to give every guest the unhurried care Atlas of Beauty is built around. By booking with us, you agree to the following.
Bookings & deposits
Atlas of Beauty is by appointment only. A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments and is redeemable against your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit; no-shows are charged 100% of the booked service. This allows us to offer the time to another guest on our waitlist.
Late arrivals
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment so we can begin on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and full payment will still apply.
Consultations & health
A short consultation is completed before your first treatment. Please let us know in advance if you are pregnant, have a skin condition, recent injectables, or are taking medication that may affect your treatment, so we can plan a safe, suitable experience.
Where certain medical conditions, medications, or health concerns are disclosed, clearance from your GP or treating practitioner may be required before treatment can proceed. This is to ensure your safety and the best possible result.
Children & guests
To preserve the calm of the studio, we ask that children and additional guests do not accompany you to your appointment unless they are also being treated.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost. Standard booking and cancellation terms apply when redeeming.
Refunds
Services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please let us know within 7 days and we will do our best to make it right. Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase.
