We may collect your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information, skin and health history, treatment notes, photographs taken with your consent, and any preferences you share with us during consultation or booking.

How we use it

Your information is used to deliver safe, personalised treatments, manage appointments, process payments and gift cards, send appointment reminders, and, only if you have opted in, occasional updates from the studio. We do not sell your personal information.

How we store and protect it

Records are kept in our secure booking and client-management software. Access is limited to Atlas of Beauty staff. We retain client records for as long as required by law and professional standards, and dispose of them securely when no longer needed.

Sharing with third parties

We share information only with trusted providers who help us operate the business , for example our booking platform and payment processor, and where required by law. These providers are bound to handle your information securely.

Your rights
